  • What are your opening times?
    Due to the nature of my business I do not have specific opening and closing times, I appreciate everyone’s working day is very different and one size does not fit all, so please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements on an individual basis.
  • Do you offer term time only contracts?
    Yes, I do. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
  • Do you offer school holiday only contracts?
    Yes, I do. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements
  • What do I need to provide for my child who attends your setting?
    A spare change of clothing, food, and nappies if appropriate. Wipes and nappy sacks are provided.
  • Why do you not provide food?
    Generally due to allergens and children’s various diets it's easier for you to provide the food that they are familiar with and you know they will eat. If, however, you forget to send food, I will always ensure that a child is fed.
  • Do I need to pay any extra for trips etc?
    No, if we plan a day out, we will always try and do so in the most cost-effective manner. You will never be expected to supplement any trips.
  • Do you open on Bank Holidays?
    No, we do not operate on Bank Holidays. However if your contracted day falls on a bank holiday, full fees are due.
  • Which schools do you offer drop off and pick up for?

  • Do you accept voucher payments and the government childcare choices payments?
    Yes I do, the voucher scheme is no longer running, however, if you were subscribed before the cut off point I can accept voucher payments, alternatively I do accept payment via childcare choices, where the government subside some of your payments, please refer to www.childcarechoices.co.uk
  • What happens if my child is sick?
    If your child is sick on a contracted day and therefore does not attend, full fees would be due.
